Closing & Reunited Events

A month after our youth project ”United Rising to New Horizons” wrapped up, the warmth, energy, and inspiration we shared continue to resonate deeply within our community.

And the journey continued!

On April 26, 2025, the group reunited for a high-energy go-karting event! As race cars sped around the track, the true victory wasn’t measured in lap times or finishing positions—it was found in the unbreakable bonds formed, the shared moments of joy, and the collective strength we continue to build together.

We’re proud to be part of a community that moves forward—united, resilient, and inspired by the connections that transcend any single project or event.

On 22nd of March, we gathered for the final event of our project — a heartfelt celebration of the journey we’ve shared. The event brought together participants in a dynamic and creative space filled with reflection, laughter, and connection.

The day began with a mind-mapping workshop, where participants worked in groups to visualize key insights and experiences from the program. Later, creativity took center stage: teams developed and performed short theatrical scenes – comedy, thriller, musical, drama, and fantasy – capturing everyday life in Sweden with humor and emotion. This was followed by a cozy fika break, which provided space for informal conversations and bonding.

Participants then contributed valuable feedback through evaluation forms, helping to shape the future of our work. In the second workshop, participants engaged in creative self-reflection using the “Life Newspaper” method to illustrate key life events through words and visuals. They explored how these experiences shaped their identities and shared personal insights in group discussions. The session concluded with each participant developing a personalized growth plan, enriched by peer feedback.

The event concluded with a symbolic yarn circle, heartfelt reflections, and the presentation of participation certificates and gifts. Finally, we celebrated together over a shared dinner.

This final event marked not just the end of a project, but the beginning of lasting memories, friendships, and new perspectives.
